- Custom domain setup (e.g., .in, .com) is separate from hosting — domain registration fees apply as per the selected package

8. Free Database — Terms & Conditions
The Professional package includes database integration via platforms such as Supabase (PostgreSQL). This database is provided on the platform's free tier and is subject to the following conditions:

8.2 Important Notes
- Beyond the free-tier limits, extra charges apply as per the respective platform's pricing. The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to exceeding the thresholds listed above

- Hanora Studio is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service changes caused by the third-party database provider
- The free database tier is valid as long as the provider continues to offer it. If the provider discontinues their free plan, migration assistance will be provided at no extra charge
- Database backups are the client's responsibility unless included in a maintenance agreement
9. Developer Credit
The Starter and Business Packages require a "Designed & Developed by Hanora Studio" credit link in the footer. Removing or hiding this credit without upgrading to the Professional package or paying a separate white-label fee (₹2,000) is a breach of contract. The Professional package does not require this credit.
10. Scope of Work & Change Requests
- The scope of work is limited to what is explicitly agreed upon in the project discussion before advance payment
- Any changes to the agreed scope (additional pages, new features, design overhauls) will be treated as a Change Request and may incur additional charges
